  • We will send you an invoice for the balance once we have hand selected your side of beef. The weight is the weight of the whole side on the hook. Weight range: 115kg to 130kg.  $19.25kg. PLEASE NOTE TURN AROUND TIME IS UP TO 2 WEEKS, AS WE WILL ORDER YOUR BEEF SIDE IN AND DRY AGE IT FOR 7 DAYS BEFORE CUTTING AND PACKING IT.  Everything except bones, sausages and meatballs/hamburger patties are individually vac packed. Bones are bagged and sausages/meatballs/hamburger patties are tray packed and wrapped.

  • As our produce is fresh off the farm, we are unable to determine the exact weight of each produce only the weight range. 
  • Example of what you get in a 120kg side. If you want to change any of the below cuts just let us know, everything is fully customisable. If for example you don't want sausages we can tell you what else we can do instead.
