  • The price shown is just a deposit. We will send you an invoice for the balance once we have hand selected your 1/8th of beef. The weight is the weight on the hook. Weight range: 27.5kg to 32.5kg. $19.80kg. PLEASE NOTE TURN AROUND TIME IS 2 to 3 WEEKS, AS WE WILL ORDER YOUR BEEF 1/8th IN AND DRY AGE IT FOR 7 DAYS BEFORE CUTTING AND PACKING IT.  Everything except bones, sausages and meatballs/hamburger patties are individually vac packed. Bones are bagged and sausages/meatballs/hamburger patties are tray packed and wrapped.

  • As our produce is fresh off the farm, we are unable to determine the exact weight of each produce only the weight range. 
  • If you want to change any of the below cuts just let us know, everything is fully customisable. If for example you don't want sausages we can tell you what else we can do instead.

    • Organic Beef Sausages (Beef Barbeque is standard but other flavours are available nacho cheese, red wine, chorizo, chilli cheese.)- 7 x 500g Trays *All sausages are handmade and gluten free with a natural casing

    • Rump Steak - 2 x 500g packs (1 packs)

    • Beef Shin - 3 pieces of Osso Bucco or 1 x 700g gravy beef

    • Shortribs - 1 x 1kg packs

    • Y-Bone Steak - 1 x 700g packs (2 steaks per pack)

    • Chuck - 2 x 500g packs diced beef or 2 x 700g pieces chuck steak

    • Brisket - 1 x 1.25kg piece

    • Girello - 300g scallopine 

    • Topside - 1 x 1.5kg beef roast
