All of our nitrate, sugar and or preservative free Smallgoods are produced in Western Australia.
Our Bacon and Ham is produced usually locally sourced free range pork from Albany. We make a brine using filtered water and organic salt and infuse it with juniper berries, thyme and rosemary.
Afterwards we lightly smoke, cool and slice the bacon and ham, ready to send direct to you.
Our Chorizo is a traditional Spanish recipe without the addition of gluten or preservative wrapped in a natural casing. We lightly smoke, cool and present it in a 2 pack for your convenience.
