Ruby’s Organics beef is sourced from a Co-op of small local farmers within Western Australia. We only source within WA, as we have always believed in supporting local farms and working together to supply the Western Australian market with healthy organic meat. We ensure that the integrity of organic certification is kept from paddock to plate.
All local farms that we source from, are run by passionate Australian farming families with a focus on producing quality meat whilst emphasizing animal welfare, sustainability and ecological sound practices. The animals roam freely and graze on healthy pasture which does not contain harmful synthetic chemicals, veterinary pharmaceuticals or growth hormones. Our Certified Organic livestock are never confined to feedlots or grain finished. Animals are hand selected and after processing, dry aged for 7 to 10 days for improved tenderness and eating quality.
