We have some simple guidelines for producers and farmers that supply us or wish to supply us.....
- Be Western Australian owned and operated
- Ideally hold organic certification and if not be a small batch producer or farmer
- Share our principles of integrity, high standards of quality and care
- Be committed to old fashioned ways of hand rearing and production
- For farmers ensure animal welfare and low stock stress management are priorities, as well as the use of no chemicals, artificial fertilisers and vaccinations
- For small batch producers, produce a unique handmade product with a focus of producing a world class product produced from Western Australian produce
