Ruby’s Organics beef and lamb is sourced from The Organic and Biodynamic Meats Co-op of WA. The Co-op is a group of small local farmers within Western Australia working together to supply the Western Australian market with healthy organic meat, ensuring that the integrity of organic certification is kept from paddock to plate.
All farms under the co-op are Certified Organic and are run by passionate Australian farming families with a focus on producing quality meat whilst emphasizing animal welfare, sustainability and ecological sound practices. The animals roam freely and graze on healthy pasture which does not contain harmful synthetic chemicals, veterinary pharmaceuticals or growth hormones. Our Certified Organic livestock are never confined to feedlots or grain finished. Animals are hand selected and after processing, dry aged for 7 to 10 days for improved tenderness and eating quality.
