DELIVERY INFORMATION

We have now updated our ordering cut off times and delivery days in order to meet our new online service demands and also to be able to reduce our delivery fees. Should your suburb not be listed below, or if you have any queries, please email us info@rubysorganics.com.au

Please note: to ensure your delivery for the week, its imperative that we receive your order 2 days before your areas scheduled delivery day. If your order is received after the cut off time, we will do our best to get your order completed and delivered in the same week, but cannot guarantee this will be possible. Instead your order will be delivered the following week, however we will keep your updated.

For our Farmers market pre-order customers, please place orders before Thursday 9am. (Please note our products are delivered fresh unless specified by your sales person when confirming your order)

DELIVERY CHARGES

Our deliveries are free of charge if you spend over $150 and live within the delivery parameters noted below. For orders under $150 and within the delivery parameters noted below our delivery charge is $8.95 or alternatively you can collect your order from one of our Farmers Markets on the weekend.

REGIONAL WA

We are now pleased to offer a revised and improved chilled transport delivery service to our Southwest customers.

Each area now has a specific delivery day and a specific ordering cut off day and time. We have also expanded our regional delivery area. All prices include 1×10 kg carton. If you are unsure of how many cartons you need, please email us.

We use a small locally owned refrigerated transport company, Southwest refrigerated transport. They provide a door-to-door service direct to your home or business. We care about the integrity of our produce hence why we use a premium refrigerated delivery service for you.

We will notify you via text message on the day that we deliver your order to our freight company, to let you know it has been safely received.

We have the capacity to combine regional orders. For example, if you have one or more friends you can combine your orders and save on the base freight fee. One customer would go through to the checkout and pay the base fee any other customers that wish to combine their orders simply go through to the checkout and instead of selecting the base fee simply pay for however many cartons you need. Then in the notes section of the check-out let us know your friends name who you wish to combine your order with.
