We will send you an invoice for the balance once we have hand selected your quarter of beef. The weight is the weight of the whole side on the hook. Weight range: 55kg to 65kg. $21.95g. PLEASE NOTE TURN AROUND TIME IS UP TO 2 WEEKS, AS WE WILL ORDER YOUR BEEF QUARTER IN AND DRY AGE IT FOR 7 DAYS BEFORE CUTTING AND PACKING IT. Everything except bones, sausages and meatballs/hamburger patties are individually vac packed. Bones are bagged and sausages/meatballs/hamburger patties are tray packed and wrapped.
